UltraFidelity PCR Kit

High-Fidelity DNA Polymerases are important for applications in which the DNA sequence needs to be correct after amplification. The UltraFidelity PCR Kit contains SuperFusion™ - Ultra Fidelity Taq DNA Polymerase which  possess high fidelity and faster processivity, therefore, the PCR process dramatically increases the yield of PCR products and the ability to amplify long templates in much shorter time. Ultra Fidelity Taq DNA Polymerase possesses the 5'->3' DNA polymerase activity, 3'->5' exonuclease activities and temperature-depended strand-displacement activity and generates blunt ends in the amplification products.

Storage and Stability

The product should be stored at - 20°C.  From time of receipt, this product is stable for SIX months at – 20°C.
